Hi - I have 3 blocks of Canadian Winnie the Pooh Plate Block 4 Limited Edition Stamps with International Collectors Society Certificates of Authenticity. WSS numbers 4604, 4605 & 4606. What are their values and is there a market for them? They have always been in plastic sleeves REPLY TO POST |

The 1998 Scott Stamp catalogue list their value $7.50 per sheet. However most dealers will pay only 20% to 30% of the listed price. You can also get an idea of the value by looking for the item on StampWorld.com, or eBay. REPLY TO POST |
