My 1919 red& purple 30pf National Versummlung Weimar republic stamp has an extra purple star under the second '1' in 1919, being three stars in total instead of two.The '1' is clearly defined over the star. Also has perfins. Does the extra star make it classified as an error stamp? REPLY TO POST |
