It is available free of charge, but we do request that any inquiries be made at least 4 weeks before its presentation.

Our award criteria are:

1. The youth competition must have a minimum of 50 pages at least 8 1/2 by 11 inches in size;

2. There must be a minimum of 5 competitors entered in the youth category displaying any type of philatelic material, all of whom are under the age of 18;

3. The winning entry must show a minimum of 50% worldwide (non-US) philatelic material.

Judges and the exhibit committee are free to set whatever additional qualifiers they deem necessary to bestow the award.
